The ground rules for using EHSAAS, its learning resources, membership features, workshops and AI support.

Using EHSAAS

EHSAAS is a digital wellbeing, learning and personal-development support platform. By using it, you agree to use the service lawfully, respectfully and without attempting to interfere with its security, availability or other users.

Eligibility and accounts

EHSAAS is designed for adults aged 18 and above. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity carried out through it. Do not share access credentials or allow another person to use your membership unless the service expressly permits it.

AI and wellbeing boundaries

EHSAAS AI is designed for reflection, education, navigation and wellbeing-oriented support. It is not a doctor, therapist, emergency service, legal adviser or financial adviser. AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on AI alone for decisions with significant medical, safety, financial or legal consequences.

Your content

Content you submit should be yours or something you are permitted to share. Do not submit unlawful material, malicious code, another person's confidential information without permission, or content intended to compromise another person's safety or privacy.

Membership and payments

Membership plans and prices are displayed on the pricing and checkout pages. Access is activated after successful server-side payment verification and remains available for the purchased period. Current membership purchases are subject to the Refund & Subscription Policy.

Workshops and learning resources

EHSAAS may provide workshops, classroom lessons, recordings and other learning resources. Availability, dates, facilitators, pricing and access rules are determined by the relevant published workshop or resource. Some live sessions may use Zoom, while the EHSAAS website remains the place for registration, classroom content, resources and progress where applicable.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass access controls, payment verification, AI limits, rate limits or other security protections; scrape private account content; impersonate another person; redistribute protected resources; or use EHSAAS to cause harm.

Service changes

EHSAAS may update, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, product improvements or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Where practical, material changes will be communicated through the service.

Intellectual property

EHSAAS branding, original site content, software, design, training materials and other protected materials belong to their respective owners. Access does not transfer ownership or permission to reproduce or redistribute protected content.
