No. EHSAAS is a wellbeing, learning and personal-development support experience. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice or emergency care.
What can I use EHSAAS for?+
EHSAAS is designed for moments when thoughts feel loud, an emotion is difficult to name, your body feels stretched, or you want grounded clarity around areas such as money, visibility, relationships, self-worth, identity and growth.
How does the EHSAAS experience work?+
The core experience moves through Pause, Understand and Return: safety before solving, clarity before action, and expansion without overwhelm.
What can I explore inside EHSAAS?+
The EHSAAS Knowledge Worlds include nervous-system support, somatic work, EFT and emotional tools, psychology, identity, money and wealth, founder work, relationships and personalised blueprints, alongside the learning resources in the Vault.
AI & voice
EHSAASWhat is the AI Concierge?+
The AI Concierge is the open-ended EHSAAS companion. It can help you understand EHSAAS, find resources and workshops, navigate the platform and support grounded reflection. Platform-specific answers are grounded in approved EHSAAS knowledge.
What is the AI Coach?+
AI Coach is a more focused coaching space. It uses the complete EHSAAS AI Training Bible together with the approved knowledge base to guide reflection, regulation and one practical next step.
Is AI Coach different from AI Concierge?+
Yes. Concierge is broader and can help with platform navigation and resources as well as reflection. Coach stays focused on the member's current situation and follows the EHSAAS coaching framework more directly.
Can I talk to EHSAAS by voice?+
Yes. Voice uses a turn-based flow: you record a short question, EHSAAS transcribes it, generates a response and can speak the response back. Text remains available as an alternative.
Can the AI make mistakes?+
Yes. AI can be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important information independently and seek appropriate human or professional support when needed.
Is AI a therapist or doctor?+
No. EHSAAS AI is not a therapist, doctor, psychologist, emergency service or other professional clinical service.
Membership & access
EHSAASHow much is membership?+
The current membership options shown by EHSAAS are ₹999 for 1 month and ₹2,499 for 3 months. The 3-month option is presented as Best Value.
Is AI included for free users?+
No. AI Concierge, AI Coach and AI voice are membership features. An active membership and AI access permission are required.
Are membership purchases refundable?+
The current EHSAAS Refund & Subscription Policy states that membership purchases are non-refundable.
Does membership automatically renew?+
The current product presents the membership as access for the selected purchased period. Do not assume automatic renewal unless the checkout flow explicitly states it.
Is EHSAAS for people under 18?+
EHSAAS is designed for adults aged 18 and above.
Workshops, Vault & privacy
EHSAASDo workshops only happen on Zoom?+
No. EHSAAS is the home for the workshop experience: registration, workshop information, classroom lessons, resources, progress and eligible recordings. Zoom may be used for a live session when a workshop has a live meeting, but it is not the whole workshop experience.
What is the Vault?+
The Vault is EHSAAS's learning and resource space for approved videos, audio, PDFs, worksheets, journals and other learning materials. Access can depend on membership or the relevant workshop entitlement.
Can I use EHSAAS without a microphone?+
Yes. Voice is optional. You can use the text experience instead.
Are my AI conversations private?+
EHSAAS treats AI conversations as private account content. Information may be processed by technology providers required to operate the AI and platform. EHSAAS does not sell personal data.
How do I get help with my account or a workshop?+
Use the Contact page for account, workshop, payment or other support questions. EHSAAS will use the information available in your account and the relevant transaction or registration record to investigate the issue.
