Information we collect
EHSAAS may collect information you provide when creating an account or contacting us, including your name and email address. Depending on the features you use, this can include onboarding responses, journal or check-in content, AI conversations, workshop registrations and support messages. We may also process technical information such as device/browser details, approximate location, IP address, usage events and cookie-related information for security and service operation.

How we use information
We use information to provide and personalise EHSAAS, operate AI and learning features, manage memberships and workshops, process payments, provide support, maintain security, improve the product, send transactional communications and meet legal obligations. Marketing communications are handled separately and are sent only where you have opted in.

AI conversations and wellbeing content
AI conversations and wellbeing-related content are treated as private account content. EHSAAS uses approved technology providers to operate AI, voice, hosting, authentication and related services. AI is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care, and you should avoid sharing information you do not want processed by the service.

Payments and service providers
Payments are processed through Cashfree. EHSAAS may also use Firebase, MongoDB Atlas, Vercel, Railway, Resend, Zoom, OpenAI, ElevenLabs and other infrastructure providers required by the features you use. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Marketing consent
Promotional communications are sent only where you have expressly opted in. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time. Creating an account, registering for a service, or providing an email for a transactional purpose does not by itself constitute marketing consent.

Sharing and international processing
EHSAAS may share information with service providers that are necessary to operate the platform and where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect safety, security or legal rights. Some providers may process information outside India.

Retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and records, or meet legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security or operational reasons.

EHSAAS is designed for adults aged 18 and above.
